1. ERW PIPE

ERW pipes (Electric Resistance Welding) are extremely versatile. That’s why they’re commonly used in many industries from gas to sewage. They also come in a variety of types and sizes. And they can easily be customized to fit the needs of a particular project, adding even more to its versatility. Truth be told it’s near impossible to find an industry that does not use steel pipe in some capacity.

2. SEAMLESS PIPES

Seamless pipe is made using a piercing rod, which gives the material a smooth and even finish with no joints. This product is considered more reliable, especially in high pressure applications.

  • A53-B / A106 GR B /API 5L –B A333 GR 6 For Low Temperature. A335-PI-P5-P22 High Temperature.

PIPES STANDARDS:

JASCO UPVC and CPVC pipes are manufactured according to ASTM standards (American society for testing and materials). JASCO pipes  are available under the brand name JASCO PIPES.

Note:

JASCO CPVC pipes for hot water application are manufactured from 1/2 inch to 2 inch. These pipes are available in standard length of 6 meters.

JASCO UPVC pipes are manufactured form 1/2 inch to 8 inch. These pipes are available in standard length of 6 meters. Other lengths are considered on customer’s request.

ASTM D- 1784:

This specification covers Rigid PVC compound used for pipe extrusion.

ASTM D- 1785:

It covers the UPVC pipe requirements and test methods for schedule 40 and schedule 80.

ASTM D- 2466:

It coves schedule 80 UPVC plane socket pressure fittings.

ASTM F-441:

It covers schedule 80 CPVC pressure pipes.

ASTM F-439:

It covers schedule 80 CPVC socket pressure fittings.

ASTM D- 2665:

It covers schedule 40 DWV-UPVC pipes.
